I am Acharya Anchal Tyagi, a certified yoga teacher from a recognised university named, Uttarakhand Sanskrit University, Haridwar, India. I endeavour to transform the lives of people through yoga by empowering them physically, mentally and spiritually, so that they can positively surmount the challenges faced during the transformation from the lower self to higher self.
An empathetic and responsible mentor to my students, strives to make them more equipped to face challenges life throws at them and I also want to help people to get rid of unnecessary health problems that are occurring due to lack of physical activity in daily routine.
